She leads large-scale change and innovation initiatives by providing expert guidance into organizational adoption through assessment, guided key learnings, and alignment of resources to ensure relevance and sustainability. She moves an organization’s behaviors and practices to their “New Normal.”

Lucia is a sought after speaker at international conferences and workshops on the topic of aligning business strategy and talent strategy, opening employee innovation channels, innovating people practices, and establishing high return through bridging talent and financials. A thought leader in strategic human capital planning and analytics, Lucia has worked on several long term assignments in defense, pharmaceutical , high technology, software, media, healthcare, and US Navy and Army Civilian divisions, all in support of building a future workforce, minimize critical talent drain, improving efficiency and driving financial results.

Lucia led the first global enterprise wide installment and embedment of Strategic Talent Planning & T-CoW in a Fortune 10 company. The program oversaw a $23.1B labor strategy that directly assisted a 75% stock increase in 2.5 years. She is the author of Talent Portfolio Canvas™ and has led the people strategy component for a number of large global acquisitions and divestitures as well as organizational transformation efforts in global enterprises.

Prior to joining Innosect, Lucia had a boutique consulting organization with clients such as eBay, Quintiles, NetApp, Raytheon, ADT, Silicon Valley Bank, etc. Previous practitioner roles include: CHRO at Magellan GPS, Global Human Capital Planning at Hewlett Packard, and global M&A leader at Solectron and AT&T. Lucia holds a MS, Industrial/Organizational Psychology from University of California, San Jose.
